Return requests must be started within 7 days of delivery according to tracking records.

Return Within 15 Days

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Pass Quality Check

All returns must pass our Quality Check (QC) to qualify for a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.

Await Instructions

If your item qualifies, our team will provide specific return instructions and a return authorization.

Package Properly

Ensure item is unused, includes all original packaging, tags, and the barcode. Improperly packaged returns will be rejected.

Track Your Refund

Once we receive and approve your return, expect your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Process

Return Shipping

Ship items back within 15 days. Multi-item returns incur $7.99 fee unless return is due to Gaiabay's error.

Quality Check

All returns undergo inspection to ensure they meet our return criteria.

Refund Processing

Refunds processed within 7 business days after acceptance to original payment method or Gaiabay Wallet.

Note: Shipping, insurance, and handling fees are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and customs documentation.

Category-Specific Conditions

Apparel & Clothing

Must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Footwear & Accessories

Must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and all included accessories.

Furniture & Home

Must be returned unused and in original packaging. Incomplete returns may result in partial refund.

Electronics

Returnable only if unused/unopened or if defective within 15 days. Must include all manuals and original packaging.
