Easy Returns for Your Peace of Mind

At Gaiabay, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not 100% satisfied, our hassle-free return process ensures your peace of mind. Please review the following guidelines to make your return process smooth:

Return Eligibility and Requirements

Clothing Items (Including Wedding Dresses, Suits, and Formal Attire):

  • Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition.
  • Keep the original tags attached, and ensure the hygiene sticker (if applicable) remains intact.

Human Hair Wigs:

  • Return wigs in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition.
  • Original tags must be intact.
  • We’ll inspect for any signs of washing, bleaching, cutting, or other alterations.

Shoes, Bags & Luggage:

  • Return these items in new, unworn, undamaged condition.
  • Include the original branded boxes and all accessories (e.g., shoe-buckles, shoelaces, dust bags).
  • Shoes should have been tried only on a soft, clean surface.

Furniture:

  • Return furniture items in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • Ensure they’re in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.

Electronics (e.g., Earphones, Smart Watches, Gaming Consoles):

  • Return electronics in new, unused, inactivated condition.
  • Original packaging is essential.
  • If an item arrives damaged or malfunctions within 15 days (not due to customer misuse), contact us immediately. Return it in its original packaging with manuals and parts.
  • Note: Before returning electronics with personal information, erase it following manufacturer instructions.

All Other Categories:

  • Return items in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
  • Keep tags attached and retain the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, and any other items noted as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Free gifts.

Quality Check for Returns

Upon arrival at our warehouse:

  • We inspect and/or test return items to ensure eligibility.
  • If eligible, we issue a refund.
  • If not eligible, we reject the return and refuse a refund or credit.

If an item is rejected:

  • We’ll send it back to the specified address in the original order.
  • A return shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from the refund for other items returned in the same order.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after a return-eligible item, postmarked within 15 days after the delivery date, has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check.

For products that are returned in accordance with this Return Policy and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or your Gaiabay Wallet, as per your request.

Please note that due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

Additional Information

  • Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take 5-14 business days (up to 30 days) to be credited to your original payment account.
  • The original shipping fee is not refundable unless your return is a result of Gaiabay’s or the provider’s fault.
  • Insurance costs, if any, are also non-refundable.

Returning Multiple Items from Different Orders

If you want to return items from different orders, you can return them together. When the items you returned meet the conditions for merging labels, you can select all the items in the COMBINE RETURN LIST. Remember to keep all of the items to be returned in one package.

Barcode Reminder

Please make sure to keep the barcode of each item from your next purchase so that you can receive your refund smoothly.

Return Label Instructions

After placing all the return items in one package, please print and tape the return label we provided onto the outside of the package.

Send your package back from the nearest USPS/UPS location, and you’re done!
