Shipping Methods and Costs
Domestic Shipping
Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days. Free for orders over $50. A flat rate of $5 for orders under $50.
Express Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days. A flat rate of $15.
International Shipping
Standard International Shipping: Delivered within 10-14 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
Express International Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
Processing Time
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website using this tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions
PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International Restrictions: Some products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions due to international customs regulations.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery times, please note that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
